Generally reported as very clean in multiple reviews, with praise for tidy rooms; a few notes about mould in bathroom sealant and occasional spray/contact during breakfast service lower this slightly.

Consistently praised across reviews: friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, attentive service (bag holding, welcome note, toiletries), staff described as 'very nice and helpful' and 'super behulpzaam'.

Repeatedly highlighted as excellent: central, close to metro, cafes/restaurants, safe neighbourhood and easy walking distances to attractions (Louvre); 'super gelegen', 'Hôtel bien situé'.

Rooms frequently noted as spacious for families, well insulated and comfortable beds; some rooms are small (typical city-hotel) and bathrooms can feel dated or lack storage, but overall functional and comfortable.
